The picture you saw is of an old man dying with the Priest praying at his bedside. The sun in setting in the distance signifying that his earthly life is coming to a close. St. Joseph makes his appearance to come and take the old man to Heaven, indicated by St. Joseph's gesture pointing upwards. The old man had special devotion to St. Joseph, who is known as the Patron Saint of a holy death. This is true, because according to Tradition, St. Joseph died in the arms of Jesus and Mary, such is the aspiration of all devout Catholics.
